Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If you're unsatisfied with your product, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
Proof of purchase is required.

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will then receive an email stating if said refund was or was not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at toisroom@gmail.com
Sale items (discounted, clearance, and limited release) are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged or defective. Please send photos of said defect before use of product to toisroom@gmail.com
Our customer service team will evaluate the issue.
*PLEASE NOTE - We are not liable for candles, wax melts, or other related products melting in warm temperatures during shipment.
Packages left outside during warm temperatures, (candles, wax melts) and related items could potentially melt, and we are not liable for such damage.
We are unable to cover shipping fees.
